Print your PDF pattern correctly — at home or at a copy shop.
repatterned patterns are delivered as layered PDFs in formats suited to different printing methods.
Home printer (A4 / US Letter)
For standard home printers. These files have many pages you tape together after printing. Look for names containing A4, Letter or Home.
A0 copy shop
For large-format printing at a copy shop — usually only 1–4 sheets. Look for A0 in the file name.
Our patterns use PDF layers so you can show only the size you want to sew. Hide the rest before printing or tracing — the page is much easier to read.
Important: layers work best on a computer. Phones and tablets often cannot control PDF layers. Use Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) on Windows or Mac — a paid subscription is not required.
In Adobe Acrobat Reader, open your layered PDF and find the Layers icon in the left sidebar (stacked squares). If you do not see it: View → Show/Hide → Navigation Panes → Layers.
In the Layers panel, click the eye icon next to each size to hide or show it. Leave only the size you need visible. Do not hide the Legend layer — it contains page borders, alignment marks and assembly notes (often named “LEGEND” or “PRINT FOR ALL SIZES”).
Print at Actual size or 100% scale. Use single-sided printing. Do not use Fit to Page, Scale to Fit, Shrink Oversized Pages, or double-sided printing — any scaling will throw off your pattern.
For home-printer files, print page 1 only first. It includes a test square — measure it with a ruler. The size must match the dimensions printed beside the square. When it is correct, print the remaining pages and assemble them using the layout guide (usually on page 2).
Set the printer to Actual Size or 100% scale. Turn off Fit to Page and any automatic scaling.
Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader — browser viewers and many mobile apps do not support PDF layers.
Use a Windows or Mac computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader for the best results.
Choose the file with A4, Letter or Home in the name — many pages, designed for a standard printer.
Choose the A0 file — a few large sheets, designed for professional large-format printing.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent of your parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time yourself under Account → Your data → Delete my account, or by emailing contact@repatterned.shop from the address registered to it. Deletion through the button is immediate; by email we delete it within 30 days. Retention periods in our Privacy Policy still apply to order records.
Digital products (patterns, eBooks, tutorials) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell or share the files. Ready to Wear pieces are unique — once sold they are removed from sale. Commissions are made to your specification and, as custom-made goods, are not subject to the right of withdrawal or to change-of-mind refunds; this does not affect your statutory rights if the item is defective or does not conform to the contract (see section 8). By purchasing digital products and agreeing to immediate delivery at checkout, you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. Digital files cannot be returned or refunded once the download link has been activated. Technical requirements: to use digital products you need an internet-connected device with a current web browser and a PDF reader; tutorials require a browser able to play video.
Prices are shown in your chosen currency (EUR, USD, GBP or PLN). The base currency is EUR; other currencies are converted at the rate at time of purchase. Prices shown are final prices and include VAT; nothing is added at checkout. VAT is shown on your invoice.
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment partner. We accept all payment methods available through Stripe, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, and bank transfers. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
1. The service of altering your own garments is provided on the basis of an individual quote. The quote states the scope of work, the price, the return shipping cost and the expected completion time (usually 2–3 weeks from receiving the items).
2. The contract is concluded when you accept the quote. Work starts after we have received full payment and your parcel with the garments.
3. You pay the cost of sending the garments to us. We send them back at the cost stated in the quote.
4. We accept garments in the condition in which they were sent. We are not liable for prior damage or wear, or for the material turning out to be unsuitable for the agreed alteration. If during the work it turns out that the alteration is impossible or must change, we will contact you before continuing.
5. Every piece is unique and made to your specification. For this reason the right of withdrawal does not apply once work has started. This does not affect your rights in case of a defect or non-conformity with the contract.
6. Leftover materials are returned with the finished piece unless you decide otherwise.
Placing an order in the shop and payment confirmation conclude the sales contract. You will receive confirmation by email. Ready to Wear pieces are single items; if the same item was bought earlier by someone else, we cancel your order and refund the full amount paid without delay.
Shipping and delivery times are described on the Shipping page; the right to withdraw, the return address, return costs and refund terms are set out on the Withdraw from contract page. Both form part of these Terms. Statutory guarantee: whatever these Terms say, as a consumer you are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity of goods with the contract, which lasts two years from delivery — except for Ready to Wear pieces, which are made from used (upcycled) garments and materials and are therefore sold as used goods: for them the period is one year from delivery, which we state before you buy and expressly agree with you in these Terms. For digital content the period required by law applies. This is under Polish consumer law implementing Directives (EU) 2019/771 and 2019/770. If an item does not conform to the contract you may require repair or replacement and, where these are impossible or fail, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Report defects to contact@repatterned.shop; we will respond within 14 days. Risk and damaged parcels: the risk of accidental loss or damage of the goods passes to the consumer when the parcel is received. When receiving it, check it in the courier's presence; if you see damage, ask the courier to draw up a damage report and notify us at contact@repatterned.shop.
All content on this site — patterns, illustrations, text, photographs and logos — is owned by repatterned and protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a personal-use licence as described in section 3; nothing else is transferred.
By sending photos, descriptions or other materials (for example in the custom order form), you declare that you have the right to use them. We use them only to carry out your order and to contact you. We do not publish them without your express consent.
Patterns and descriptions are for personal use. Ready to Wear pieces are everyday clothing; follow the care instructions on the label. The products are not protective or safety clothing.
Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights of consumers, including their rights in case of non-conformity of goods or digital content with the contract. For business customers, our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid for the relevant order in the previous 12 months.
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the last revision. These Terms are governed by Polish law and disputes will be resolved by the courts competent under generally applicable law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you habitually reside, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Changes to the Terms apply only to orders placed after they are published. Orders placed earlier are governed by the Terms in force on the order date.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (for example unforeseeable events, a courier strike or breakdown, illness). We will inform you without delay of any significant delay.
EU consumers may seek to resolve disputes through an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. For Poland, the relevant consumer protection body is the Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów (UOKiK) at uokik.gov.pl. We are not obliged to participate in ADR proceedings, but we will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably directly with customers. Consumers may also seek help from the municipal or county consumer ombudsman and the Trade Inspection, and use out-of-court dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration court).
To submit a complaint about the service or a product, email contact@repatterned.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 14 days.

Account data — name, email, password (stored hashed) when you register. Order data — items, addresses, contact details, currency and amount. Payment data — handled directly by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Technical data — IP address, browser type and cookies (section 5).
Account and orders — creating and running your account, taking payment, delivering goods and digital files, sending order confirmations, invoices and shipping notifications: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Sign-in with Google — if you choose it, we receive your name and email from Google to create and sign you in to your account: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)). Contact messages and withdrawal requests — answering your enquiry or handling your withdrawal: Art. 6(1)(b) when it relates to an order or a contract you want to make, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)). Accounting and tax — invoices and order records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). Security, fraud prevention and error monitoring — keeping the site working and secure, and establishing or defending legal claims: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Essential cookies — session, basket, language and currency: strictly necessary to provide the service you request. Required data: the account, order and delivery details we ask for at checkout, and the name, email and message in the contact form, are necessary to conclude and fulfil your order or answer you; without them we cannot do so. Providing any other data is optional.
We share data only with the processors that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in, EU), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (transactional email), Google (optional sign-in with Google; we receive your name and email address), shipping carriers (delivery) and Sentry (error monitoring, EU). We do not sell your personal data. Data transferred to the USA (Stripe, Vercel, Resend) is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Stripe and Google also process some data on their own behalf as separate controllers (for example to prevent abuse and to meet their own legal obligations). Details are in their privacy policies: stripe.com/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.
We use essential cookies for session, basket, language and currency preferences. No third-party advertising trackers. If something breaks on the site, a technical error report (browser, page address, IP address) is sent to Sentry so we can fix it — it is not used for advertising or to track you across sites. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. Besides cookies we use the browser's local storage, where we save, among other things, your basket contents, the language and currency you chose and your sign-in session. This data stays in your browser and you can delete it in its settings.
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, object and request portability. Where we process your data based on consent (e.g. marketing emails, if and when offered), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can download a copy of your data and delete your account yourself under Account → Your data; for any other request email contact@repatterned.shop and we will reply within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl — or with the authority in the EU country where you live or work. UK residents may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO) within 72 hours. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will also notify you directly without undue delay.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
Account data is kept while your account exists; when you delete your account, your profile, addresses, download entitlements and contact messages are erased. Order data is kept for 5 years for accounting purposes, then deleted — when you delete your account the link between the orders and your account is removed, but the orders themselves (including the name, address and email on them) are retained for this period because the law requires it. Messages sent through the contact form are deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them; withdrawal requests are kept with the related order records for 5 years. Photos and descriptions sent for a custom order are kept for 12 months after the work is completed and then deleted. Accounting records are kept as required by law.
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to data, and payment processing handled exclusively by Stripe.
We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). For any privacy enquiries, contact contact@repatterned.shop.
We may update this policy; the date above shows the last revision. Material changes are notified by email to registered users.
