Step 1 — Choose the correct file

repatterned patterns are delivered as layered PDFs in formats suited to different printing methods.

Home printer (A4 / US Letter)

For standard home printers. These files have many pages you tape together after printing. Look for names containing A4, Letter or Home.

A0 copy shop

For large-format printing at a copy shop — usually only 1–4 sheets. Look for A0 in the file name.

Projector

For projecting the pattern directly onto fabric — typically a single page. Look for Projector in the file name.

Step 2 — Layered PDF files

Our patterns use PDF layers so you can show only the size you want to sew. Hide the rest before printing or tracing — the page is much easier to read.

Important: layers work best on a computer. Phones and tablets often cannot control PDF layers. Use Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) on Windows or Mac — a paid subscription is not required.

Step 3 — Open the Layers panel

In Adobe Acrobat Reader, open your layered PDF and find the Layers icon in the left sidebar (stacked squares). If you do not see it: View → Show/Hide → Navigation Panes → Layers.

Step 4 — Turn sizes on or off

In the Layers panel, click the eye icon next to each size to hide or show it. Leave only the size you need visible. Do not hide the Legend layer — it contains page borders, alignment marks and assembly notes (often named “LEGEND” or “PRINT FOR ALL SIZES”).

Step 5 — Check printer settings

Print at Actual size or 100% scale. Use single-sided printing. Do not use Fit to Page, Scale to Fit, Shrink Oversized Pages, or double-sided printing — any scaling will throw off your pattern.

Step 6 — Measure the test square

For home-printer files, print page 1 only first. It includes a test square — measure it with a ruler. The size must match the dimensions printed beside the square. When it is correct, print the remaining pages and assemble them using the layout guide (usually on page 2).

repatterned.shop ("repatterned", "we", "us") is operated from Kraków, Poland and sells sewing patterns, eBooks, video tutorials and one-of-a-kind Ready to Wear garments through this website. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Products and licences

Digital products (patterns, eBooks, tutorials) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell or share the files. Ready to Wear pieces are unique — once sold they are removed from sale. Commissions are made to order and not refundable.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in your chosen currency (EUR, USD, GBP or PLN). The base currency is EUR; other currencies are converted at the rate at time of purchase. VAT is included where applicable.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment partner. We accept card, BLIK and instant bank transfer from major Polish banks. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

6. Delivery and returns

Shipping, delivery times and the returns policy are described on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — patterns, illustrations, text, photographs and logos — is owned by repatterned and protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a personal-use licence as described in section 3; nothing else is transferred.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide the site and products "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the last revision. These Terms are governed by Polish law and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Kraków.

2. What we collect

Account data — name, email, password (stored hashed) when you register. Order data — items, addresses, contact details, currency and amount. Payment data — handled directly by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Technical data — IP address, browser type and cookies (section 5).

3. How we use your data

To fulfil your orders (contract performance, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and replies to your messages. To improve the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). For accounting and tax purposes (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with the processors that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments, EU/USA), Supabase (account hosting, EU region), shipping carriers (delivery) and email providers (transactional emails). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies for session, basket, language and currency preferences. No third-party advertising trackers. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, object and request portability. To exercise any right email hello@repatterned.shop. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).

7. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Order data is kept for 5 years for accounting purposes, then deleted.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the last revision. Material changes are notified by email to registered users.
